Please read the following Terms of Service before using NASEBANAL (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Beta Service and Pricing
The Service is currently offered as a free beta. We plan to introduce paid plans after the official release. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Data created during the beta period will be carried over to the official version where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons.
2. Data Management
Ownership of data entered and stored by users belongs to the user. The Service uses data only to the extent necessary for providing the Service. We implement reasonable security measures for data storage, but do not guarantee complete data security. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important data.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages. We do not guarantee continuous provision of the Service and may change or terminate the Service without prior notice.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and using the Service appropriately. Unauthorized access, misuse of the Service, uploading illegal content, and other violations of these terms are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or deleted if violations are confirmed.
