Please read the following Terms of Service before using NASEBANAL (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Plans and Pricing

Growth and Evolution are offered on a free Free plan and an Enterprise plan for organizations. The contents and usage limits of the Free plan are shown on each service's plan screen. The Enterprise plan is provided only under a direct contract and invoicing with an organization; it is not offered to individual users. You will be notified in advance of any change to pricing or to what a plan includes.

2. Data Management

Ownership of data entered and stored by users belongs to the user. The Service uses data only to the extent necessary for providing the Service. Our handling of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy; by agreeing to these terms you also agree to that policy. We implement reasonable security measures for data storage, but do not guarantee complete data security. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important data.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages. We do not guarantee continuous provision of the Service and may change or terminate the Service without prior notice.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and using the Service appropriately. Unauthorized access, misuse of the Service, uploading illegal content, and other violations of these terms are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or deleted if violations are confirmed. The Service is not aimed at any particular age group, but minors should use it with their guardian's consent. If you record information about a child or any other third party, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
